Error after updating your theme . White screen

I updated the theme from the previous version (the last one I had before the new release) and now the site is crashing.
This is the text of the error:
/home/vjknrucv/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/theme-functions.php. Messaggio di errore: Cannot redeclare unicode_chars() (previously declared in /home/vjknrucv/public_html/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/traits/base.php:93)

Hello,

Please provide FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Be attentive, don’t post private information out of the Private content area because it will be visible to all the users of the forum. Only content that you place in Private content is visible to the support staff only, so I’ve edited your reply and moved access to the Private area.

Thanks for the report,
I realized later that I made the mistake.
In any case I now delete the FTP accounts created for support.
The websites work: thanks for the lightning-fast support.
