Hello eight theme, I had problems with woocommerce and Royal Theme before. After that, I tried to download the new updated Royal Theme and upload it to my site using FTP Filezilla. Then, my site is suddenly cannot be accessed. I tried to re install the Royal Theme 3 times, and error still occurred.
