Hi,
I never received a response.
And I see today in your system, that I replied to you that it was resolved. I never replied like that.

I’m sending you the server specifications and telling you that in order for your theme to work properly with elementor, are we okay?
Do I need to do anything else?
The company that provides me with the server told me to disable elementor because it will constantly cause me problems.

Regarding your inquiry, your current server configuration appears to meet the general requirements for running the XStore theme with Elementor. However, to ensure optimal performance and stability, we recommend the following minimum server specifications:

– PHP version: 8.1 or higher (you already have 8.3, which is excellent)
– PHP memory limit: at least 512M (you currently have 3G, which is sufficient, but it would be better to set such values in M units – for example 3072M)
– Max input variables: at least 5000 (you have 8000, which is good)
– Max execution time: at least 120 seconds, though 200 or higher is preferable (you already meet this)
– MySQL version: 5.7 or higher / MariaDB 10.3 or higher (you have 10.6, which is fine)

If your hosting provider suggests disabling Elementor due to performance issues, it may be related to the number of active Elementor-based plugins or the overall site load. We recommend keeping only the necessary Elementor add-ons active and ensuring that your caching and optimization settings are properly configured.

Additionally, you currently have about 16 inactive plugins and 27 active ones, which might slow down the loading time and cause other issues on your website. We kindly ask you to review and keep only the necessary plugins, removing any that are not in use.
