Hello,
We recommend the following steps to help troubleshoot the problem:
1/ Please disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After disabling the additional plugins, clear your browser’s cache and check the issue again. It’s possible that a third-party plugin is causing the conflict.
2/ If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
3/ We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.3
4/ Lastly, ensure that your theme and all plugins are up to date. You can follow the update guides here:
– Theme update: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
– Plugins update: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Let us know the results.
Warm Regards,

ok iam also getting this error could you may be explain to me what this means because its the first time i see it
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your concern regarding the compatibility issue between the WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin and the ‘High-Performance Order Storage’ feature currently enabled on your WooCommerce site.
To resolve this issue, we recommend managing the features through your WooCommerce settings. You can either disable the ‘High-Performance Order Storage’ feature to continue using the WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin or consider using an alternative invoicing plugin that is compatible with the high-performance feature.
This situation is independent of our theme and you can get further assistance from the WooCommerce plugin side – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
We hope this information is helpful.
Warm Regards,

its pro elements thats causing this error after updating to the new version of elementor it does allow pro elements to run… once pro elements is disabled elementor then loads and the pages can be edited if pro elements is active it prevents elementor editor to run now
Hello @Kmoe,
We hope this message finds you well.
Following our investigation, we have confirmed that the issue you are experiencing is related to the latest update of the Elementor plugin. We would like to offer you the following solutions:
1. You may consider downgrading the Elementor plugin to a previous version, which can be downloaded from the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/advanced/. This will allow you to maintain compatibility while waiting for the upcoming update of the PRO Elements plugin.
2. Alternatively, you can add the following code to your xstore-child/functions.php file and then check if the issue is resolved:
add_filter('elementor/editor/localize_settings', function($args) {
if (!isset($args['promotionWidgets']))
$args['promotionWidgets'] = [];
return $args;
});
Please let us know which option you prefer or if you require any further assistance.
We look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
