Error 500 when customize - by IXNet - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I am getting error 500 when i try to customize my theme. I have tryed few time to fresh install but still get same issue

Tryed both of them. I even augmentend my server ram in casse it was too short. Any idea what i can do ?

Hello,

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the Response body limit. You can’t access Theme Options because of this error:
“ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large (over limit of 1048576, total not specified)”

I am the hosting provider (i host my own website with plesk (apache + ngix) already followed tutorial to get it bigger with no results.
