Hello i have my Xstore under http://www.musthavemask.de/shop/shop

always if i set this path in my Hosting the Xstore comes up with an Error 500 Page,
if i use any other Theme the landing page comes up.
if i use only the first folder http://www.musthavemask.de-shop the Page comes up.

i tried almost every possibility in php using from 5. to 7.4 …changing settings but i cant get this to work.
The problem is if the file path is wrong then my standard call
http://www.musthavemask.de will not show up on my WP.Store

    Hi,

The 500 error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Also, you can contact the hosting provider and ask to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.

    Regards,
    Hung PD
