    Hello,

Thank you for being our customer.

The problem is related to your server. Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check this issue. Perhaps some PHP values should be increased.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

thanks for the fast reply. PHP memory limit is already set to 256Mb, the maximum available and should be enough. Some other value to increase?

I contacted the hosting provider and they said it’s because some of the code is optimised. Update the theme to the last version may solve the issue?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You can find requirements described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (“1.3 Requirements for Royal” section).

Yes, please update theme to the latest version.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
In case, if the problem persists, please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
