Error 500 after Demo installation – Niche market

    Hello,

    Installation is made to the empty WordPress. Server requirements are higher, than required. Niche market Demo, can’t be installed and I get error 500 after installation. During installation process, I get an error – Media not installed.

    Server details

    Other Demos can be imported, but also get Media not installed error.

    Hello,

    Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?
    Did you try to install the Elementor or WPBakery version?

    Website started to display, however it still has issues. Menu at the top is not displaying and other issues..

    Hello,

    It looks that problem caused by some specific of your server and Kirki framework that we use to add theme options. We have submitted request to Kirki plugin developers https://github.com/kirki-framework/kirki/issues/2351 But they have not answered yet.

    All we can do in this case is to offer you refund.
