ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE When trying to use WP Bakery after fresh install

Hello,
I have installed a fresh version of WordPress version 5.4, I downloaded a fresh copy of the XStore theme from Themeforest over an hour ago. Upload the theme unpackaged, installed plugins, updated plugins, imported the Animal demo content and all appeared to be fine. However, when I go to the home page and click Edit with WPBakery Page Builder the page errors out and gives a message Err_Empty_Response. I have attempted through Chrome and Firefox as browser on both Windows and Mac from three different locations so I can rest assured it is not a tech infrastructure problem on my side. I also ensured that I have sufficient resources from my hosting side and the dashboard in XStore shows green check marks for everything. Please advise what needs to be done as I am hoping to get moving soon on getting this website setup. Thank you for your time.

Terribly sorry, please try the credentials again for the admin account. I just deleted and remade the account with the same login info.

Hi,

– I see the error in log file https://prnt.sc/rqlb4w which isn’t related to theme

– You can create staging site, use this plugin to reset site https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ and install fresh theme again. Then let me know how it goes.

The server that the website is on is the staging site, I am trying to build this website on a live server that I use to stage. I have used the plugin you suggested, downloaded a fresh copy of the theme from Themeforest and installed it in wordpress. Afterwards I imported the Animal demo again. When I went to edit the home page with WPBakery which was packaged with the theme it gives me the same error.
This page isn’t working
foxdev.xyz didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

What is my recourse since I have installed no other plugins beyond what is packaged with your theme and without WPBakery the entire thing is not capable of being used since the entire site is written for that plugin it would appear.

There is a known issue of the Massive Addons plugin that caused by server limits https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143 https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820 You need to contact the hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value, then you will be able to edit pages.
