    Hello!
I need your help with an issue in payment via credit card, because after pressing the Complete Order button, instead of being redirected to the Bank’s e-payment page, there seems to be a glitch in the Checkout page which refreshes and displays at the top, a different format of Order Steps.

Please review my attached images to notice the differences in the CheckOut Page.

    FIle 2: CheckoutPage-after-Refresh-1-Screenshot

The installed plugin for ePayment method is the “Cardlink Payment Gateway” for which I’ve been in contact with the support team of Cardlink and they told me that the plugin works fine in most woocommerce platforms, since it has standard settings and I should check other reasons for this problem.

I cannot locate other installed plugins that could cause this conflict and I think there’s something strange with the Xstore checkout page.
Please have a look for yourselves in the admin area. The credentials are in the Private content area.

Thank you in advance for your help!
    Best regards,
    Michael A.

    Hello, Mihalis,

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

We kindly request that you investigate the functionality of the Checkout process when the ‘Advanced cart/checkout Layout’ is deactivated. This setting can be found under ‘Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout’.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Hello and thank you for responding.
Just to clarify, I did not mean to fix the problem nor adjust to code for a 3rd party plugin.
What I meant was to find the source of the problem, which in this case, I believe derives from the theme (without being absolute of course)

For your information, I tried every possible option under your suggestion.
    – Advanced layout [ON] and every active option Classic/Multistep/Separated
    – Advanced layout [OFF]
    and unfortunately without any success.

Is there an alternative way to locate any conflict? In the theme’s log perhaps?

    Thank you!

    Dear Mihalis,

We hope this message finds you well.

We wish to inform you that we have activated the Cardlink Test Environment and the Enable Payment Iframe options. Unfortunately, despite these adjustments, the functionality has not been achieved as expected. For your reference, the issue persists at the following URL: http://tinyurl.com/25pv9ne5.

Furthermore, we have initiated Debug Mode to investigate the matter thoroughly. However, we have not been able to locate any corresponding log files within the logs section, which can be accessed here: https://***.gr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs.

Given the current circumstances, we recommend considering alternative WooCommerce Payment methods that may offer a more seamless integration. The following are some options for your consideration:

    – Woocommerce Payments: https://woo.com/products/woopayments/
    – Stripe: https://woo.com/products/stripe/
    – WooCommerce PayPal Payments: https://woo.com/products/woocommerce-paypal-payments/

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are committed to assisting you in resolving this issue promptly. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Thank you for your investigation.
Can you please verify whether the checkout process is going through the block-checkout?

The support team from Cardlink told me that it might be causing the problem with the redirection issue.

    Thank you!
