Entering wrong promotional code in cart page breaks the cart page

In my website when i enter the wrong promotional code it removes all content from the cart page and also delete all cookies i am not able to understand why this is happening as there is a coupon option on the checkout page but that is working fine and only show error .

Hello,

Create staging site (copy of the existing site) and go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Check if you have the same issue when the Storefront theme is activated. Let me know about the results.

no there is no issue in storefront website wrong coupon it just gives a warning and doesn’t remove content from cart page

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the staging site, so we can take a closer look.

I have given you temporary details please check also there is issue in product after updating the theme i am not able to add product gallery images i.e when i upload product gallery image and update the page it don’t save image in backend also my website have comming soon page as home page right now so you need to manually enter the url https://www.pipaton.com/ch-en/home/

Hello,

I see that you have made a lot of changes in the child theme including cart files and header.php files that causes fatal error by the way https://prnt.sc/1s5xxv6
With the parent theme everything works fine https://prnt.sc/1s5yl3q
So, check your child theme files that you customized to find which one causes the error and fix that. Theme author is not responsible for code changes that the user made in the child theme.

Besides I have tried to add product gallery images and did not see any issue with the gallery https://www.pipaton.com/ch-en/product/n-93-black/
