Empty filter menu for categories section

    Hi there, the filter menu is empty. Is there a way to fix this?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    Oh dear, the website is running really slowly now since this has been put back into use.

    Is there a way to remove it altogether? Unless there is a way speed the website up while using it?
