Empty error message box on check out page

    Hello,

    I’ve been getting an empty error message box on checkout page when I try to place an order. It seems like the purchase doesn’t go through but I see the order processing on the admin side. I contacted WooCommerce and they found this error:

    2019-04-04T01:33:11+00:00 CRITICAL syntax error, unexpected ‘<', expecting end of file in /nas/content/live/smallwondersnj/wp-content/themes/xstore-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php on line 25 My shop is live so I would really appreciate it, if you could help with the issue as soon as possible. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Child theme is your custom theme we are not responsible for changes you make in that theme except changes that we did for you.
    Check the code that you added there.

    Hi Rose,

    I didn’t say you were responsible. I just asked for help. I’m not a developer and didn’t add any code any where besides some CSS adjustments.

    Dear mango81,

    Our theme does not have customer-processing-order.php https://prnt.sc/nb1by default. You need to find out who and why added emails/customer-processing-order.php to your child theme.
    We don’t have access to your Dashboard and FTP to check files and provide a fix.
