    Hi,

i encounter the following issue: when somebody puts an item in the basket, it is shown correctly in the basket in the header. if you then click on the logo (or back button in browser) to go to the homepage, the basket is shown as empty – although if you click on the basket, the item is still there. it is simply not shown in the basket-header.
This happens (dont ask me why) also on one other category (https://www.greenyogashop.com/produktkategorie/yogamatten/) – here the basket is also shown as empty, whereas all other pages/categories the basket is shown correctly.

    Can you please advise?

    Thanks
    Sonic

    Hello,

We can’t access that folder because of the error:
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please give us permissions.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Jack,
    pls try again now.

Additionally, I just realized that if someone has a product in his basket and delets the item in the pop-up (clicking on the small X when hovering over the basket), then navigates to another page, the item is still shown. If the same user then goes to the actual basket-page, the basket is empty.

There seems to be a major flaw with the preview-basket in the header. Hope you can help.

    Thanks
    Sonic

    Hello,

We still can’t access the folder because of the error:
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please check it again.

Also I don’t see issues described with cart popup form.
I tried to delete a product, navigated to other page, and that product wasn’t theme, cart widget was empty.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

Unfortunately we are still getting the error when trying to open the folder:
    Response: 550
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Please check it with your hosting provider.

    Hello sonic,

we have temporary disabled all third-party plugins on your site and cart widget started working correct. As Robert Hall said, please check your third-party plugins.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.
