Emergency Support Required – Mobile Submenu Opening/Closing Issue

We are facing a critical issue in the mobile navigation menu. The site uses separate menus for desktop and mobile views, and the problem appears only in the mobile menu.

Issue Details

The problem occurs specifically with the following mobile menu items:
Shop by Category, My Profile, and the subcategories under the Categories tab.

When we tap these menu items, their submenus open and then immediately close, as shown in the video.

This issue appears only on the Shop page and Category pages.
On all other pages, the submenus open normally without any issue.

Additional Observations

The Categories tab in the mobile menu also shows the same behavior on the Shop and Category pages
Inside Shop by Category and the Categories tab, when we click a parent category (for example, Running Fabrics), it shows the subcategory (such as Printed Fabrics) correctly. However, the parent category itself is not clickable and does not redirect to its product page. This category does contain products, but customers are unable to access them because the parent category link is not working.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank You, Now the issue is fixed but there is one more issue ie, when we click on parent category under shop by category and categories it is not redirecting to its product page. ie, as told before we have a category named ” Running Fabrics” and has sub category ” printed fabrics” when we click on running fabrics printed fabrics is showing and is clickable but when we click on running fabrics it is not clickable so it will not redirect to its product listing page. Can you help us to fix this also

Please note that the parent menu item (which contains the submenu) cannot redirect users to a page, as it is configured to toggle the attached submenu. Therefore, you will need to include items within the submenu for display and navigation purposes.

Thank You for the reply, I understand the case and configured it as you have told in the menu section ( shop by category) But in the mobile view we have categories tab inside this how can we set this. There also we have same issue

Please activate the Dropdown Opening action (https://prnt.sc/AA-yckN2lDH4) in your Theme Options → Header Builder → Mobile Menu, and then check the result.
