Inside our site, we are facing an issue with the search icon — the search function is not working properly. We will share a detailed video explaining the issue.
The problem is that when we type a product name or a keyword from the description, the popup/suggestions appear correctly and we can select a product from there, which then redirects to the correct product page. This part works fine.
However, if we type the product name, a keyword from the description, or even a category name and then click the search icon or press the Enter key, it redirects to a page showing “No products were found”.
This feature was working fine earlier, and based on our observation, the issue seems to have started after the theme update. We noticed the same issue on another WooCommerce site that also uses the XStore theme.
