Hello,
please check this part of Woocommerce documentation:
https://docs.woothemes.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-7
If you will make changes to theme files, please do it in Child Theme.

Stan Russell.
Thank you but this process doesn’t modify New account email. I save html email format but the email send is text email… New order email or Completed order email are ok but not New account email…
I explain my point, every emails from wordpress seems to be in text format (new account email) and I don’t know where to change it in my backoffice. Woocommerce emails seems to be ok.
Hello,
You can edit that email in the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php (lines 1546-1564).

Hello,
Thank you but I don’t want to modify this file, I want to have an html email. Why this “new account email” doesn’t take woocommerce format email?
Please find below pdf files with the 2 formats: new account email (that I can’t modify) and order completed email (that I can modify in woocommerce settings).
Thank you.
Hello,
Registration page was created by our developers. If you want to use standard Woocommerce registration form and their mail template then you can remove our Register page in Pages section (in your case the page is named “Inscription”) and activate Woocommerce registration form for Sing In page in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts > tick “Activer l’inscription depuis la page “Mon compte””.

Eva Kemp.
Works perfectly! Thanks a lot!
Hello tlgv,
