  Theme Options > Header builder > use Contacts element (delete default items of this element and add own from scratch) or HTML block https://prnt.sc/w4i1ym

  I created html block 1 as you said (https://prnt.sc/w4krtq) but i dont understand hot to insert this html block 1 inside right side top bar area (https://prnt.sc/w4kt7k) .. the htmlblock is not between widgets available
