    Hi,

sorry for reaching so often … but your support is just to good 🙂

I don’t know if you can help me with this as it is a pretty general woocommerce problem i guess. But as we are totally not able to find out how to fix it i am asking you. Maybe you have an idea.

We have the problem that the footer content from all woocommerce generated emails is a mess … like order confirmation etc. Emails generated from plugins like abandoned cart are fine. We also use a plugin called prttyemails to have more options in terms of styling. But it makes no difference when i deactivate the external plugins, we still have the problem. Also i looked at the email templates, but my php-knowledge is not good enough to find the problem.

The emails have the complete content from our terms-, revocation-, payment- and shipping pages added in the footer … 2 times … so each email is like 10 pages long and look weird. But as mentioned just the woocommerce email.

Any idea what the problem could be? Would be just amazing to get this solved.

    Best,
    Olexi

    Hello,

Could you please show a screenshot of the issue for better understanding?
What exactly do you want to achieve?

    Thank you.
    Best regards,

Here you can download 2 pdf files. one shows the false and one the right content.

The one that is right is created by a plugin called abandoned cart.

the one that is als shows an email generated from woocommerce. all emails from woocommerce look like this and are false.

    Does this explain the problem?

    Hello,

Please take our apologies but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins. You need contact the plugin authors or Woocommerce support regarding your issue.

But it is not caused by the plugin. When i deactivate it the problem still exists.

And Woocommerce support told me to talk to the theme author. I already asked them.

    Hello,

Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check order email after that.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
