    Hi

When editing the Email Builder Templates – there is nowhere to select the font-type, can this be added to future versions as the default font is garbage and all other customisers allow font styling (i.e. Email Customizer Plus).

Essentially we need to either use html styling and / or font styling options to pick a font type, weight etc in the wysiwyg editor.

Or am I missing something and it is in a setting somewhere?

    Thanks as always

    Hello, @Niddy,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

Are you using Xstore built-in email builder? You can read our theme documentation about Xstore built-in email builder : https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/146-xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder

Additionally, Most browsers (email readers) will not support custom fonts regardless https://www.caniemail.com/features/css-at-font-face/

Unfortunately, there is no such option to change the font type for now in Xstore builtin email builder.

We regret to inform you that achieving your desired outcome is not feasible with the current version of the theme. Please note that our item support does not encompass services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality as described on the item page.

For minor customization requests, we suggest considering paid customization services. You may submit a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX

    OR

Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

    OR

Consequently, you may need to consider using a third-party plugin to achieve this functionality. However, please note that this would be at your own risk.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
