Hello,

Could you tell me if I can use the Email Builder to build templates for other email types?

I have a Review Reminder plugin that uses the default woocommerce template, but I see that the EMail Builder has it in the Email Builder Templates but it still uses the default woocommerce template. I expect it’s the plugin doing that…But thought I would ask.

Provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will take a closer look.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. It’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins, and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Hello,

We can’t pass the Sign In popup. Please check credentials.
We need FTP access also. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP host, FTP user, and FTP password.

Once we add username and pass to auth form we are redirected to https://127.0.0.1/
We can’t open your site to check anything.

Thank you.
We checked the theme code don’t see any problems that could prevent using the mentioned template. We would recommend you contact the plugin author to find out if they could use our template to send emails instead of the default one.

Besides, do you get the default template also with the scheduled emails or with the manual reminder only?

Thanks, I get the default with both…But the Woocommerce default, not your email builder default.

Hello,

We checked the plugin code and found that plugin author hardcoded the email that they sent. So, contact plugin author and ask if they could use email templates (like WooCommerce does) to send email instead of the hardcoded email.

We can do nothing in this case from our side.
