I have version 7.2.5 of your theme but email builder does not appear. Do you know why?

Did you update also XStore core plugin?
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.

Is Built-in Email Builder enabled in settings that come from White Label Branding plugin?
As was mentioned, provide temporary access, so we can take a closer look.
