    Hi, im testing the woocommerce and woopress theme and when an user make an order or register on the site that user can’t recieve the email from woocomerce or wordpress. I have add the credentials below.

    Hello aldomongio,

    please check if the same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and let us know the result!

    I can’t change the theme on my site, because is alive with visits…

    Hello,

    If emails can’t be delivered you need to check this issue with your hosting provider support. Ask them to check mail logs as there might be some notices regarding this problem.
    Also you need to check if the issue persists only with our theme or with another too, that’s why we asked you to activate other theme and test it.
