Elements keeps loading on clean wordpress setup

When i want to change a page, the element on the left keeps on loading. If i look in the console i see error 500 on admin-ajax.php.
The installation is clean. No other plugins than the theme plugins are downloaded.

Do you see a memory error in Woocommerce > Status > Logs > fatal error file? If so, please follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size/

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
