    Hi,

I noticed some great features added like lice copy and this search filters:
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/product-filters-element/
We have build our website with wp bakery before you implemented elementor. Wat are your plans for future development – will wp bakery users be able to access features similar to the above?

And if no – how to approach switch from wp bakery to elementor?

    Hello,

Our team is thinking about this feature now and conducting an analysis. The decision will be ready in a month. One way or another, we recommend that you switch to the Elementor because it is more powerful and faster. If you have difficulties, our team will help you with this.
There is no migrator tool to migrate existing content from WPBakery to Elementor, unfortunately. To switch to Elementor page builder you will need to create your pages from scratch or import Elementor demo (you can create a staging/test site using the same license).

    Regards

Thank you for the advice. I have two stores running so it will be big task. I am wondering it you have tutorial/detailed instruction with the steps we need to take in order to do it in the most efficient way.

I am wondering what I need to keep in mind/think ahead of time.

There are no such tutorials, unfortunately.
Information/videos about the work of the Elementor you can find online, because it is a free plugin.
Feel free to post questions here if you need any advice, we will do our best to assist you.

    Thank you for an update.

So from my side: after I turned on Elementor my main site created with WP Bakery got replaced with demo. All default Woocommerce sites also were switched to Elementor. (Also the menu got messed up)

I was surprised – is it standard? I am not sure how to create staging site. I was hoping that WP Baker and Elementor could be run at the same time and it will give me option to build it “as I go”.

    Hello,

You can keep enabled WPBakery and Elementor at the same time but it could slow down your site, take that into account. So, I would recommend you disable WPBakery once you recreate your content using Elementor.

What exactly is messed up in your menu? Could you, please, provide screenshot for better understanding?

    Hi Olga,

The thing is, after I enabled elementor my main site switched to default theme demo site.

Menu created with static block: the same behavior.

    Instead of this https://decasadecor.pl/staticblocks/page-menu-item/
    I have this https://snipboard.io/t7eJwO.jpg

    Hello,

Try to create the new Static block for the mega menu with the content you need instead of editing the default one that came with the demo content.
Or provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll help you with that.

    Regard
