I checked all the plugin, and when I turn off the pro element, everything is ok, but turn it on, a error message shown.

    Error: Unexpected token ‘<', "
    “… is not valid JSON

The main function is ok with classical table view, just not user-friendly.
So, is there any way to solve it?

I already disable the plugin one by one and check the plugin, when pro element is active, the problem caused.

attach with the wp admin access and Error Screenshot attachment
    Thanks

    Dear @Elon,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have identified that the issue you are experiencing has also been reported on the official Elementor support forums. For your reference, please see the following links:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/elementor-theme-builder-json-error/
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ive-a-problem-with-the-plugin-elementor/

Based on this, we kindly suggest allowing some time, as it appears that Elementor may automatically resolve the issue through their API requests within a few hours.

Also, we recommend you to clear the caches if you have any plugins installed for caching.

If the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access to your website so that we can investigate the matter in more detail.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Elon,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have thoroughly reviewed the issue; however, it appears that the error originates from the Elementor plugin files. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a direct solution in this case.

As a workaround we recommend using the table layout, which allows you to modify, create, or remove any templates built with Elementor. Additionally, we suggest waiting for a short period and then checking again, as such issues can sometimes be caused by WordPress caching requests from plugins. These cached requests may take some time to clear.

Also you can think about submitting a support request through the official Elementor support forum:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    @Jack
    Richardson

    Dear 8Theme Team Support staff,

I hope you are doing well.

I’m writing to follow up on the issue I previously reported regarding the error with Elementor and Elementor Pro while using the XStore theme. As mentioned earlier, I am consistently encountering the following error:

    Error:
    Error: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “
    ”… is not valid JSON

Due to this issue, I am unable to edit or insert any templates using Elementor’s Theme Builder. This has completely stalled my website work, and unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear resolution or estimated timeframe from your team yet.

I appreciate the response I received earlier, but I must express my concern that the support so far has been slow, and the guidance provided has not resolved the issue. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to move forward with such delays and uncertainty.

I would like to know the following, please:

When exactly will this issue be resolved?

How long do I need to wait?

Is there any coordination happening with Elementor to ensure compatibility?

As a paying customer, I expect better and more timely support. Right now, this experience is falling short of what I had hoped for.

Please treat this matter as urgent, as my work has been pending for quite some time now.

Looking forward to your reply with a clear timeline.

    Dear @Elon,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to kindly reiterate that the issue you are experiencing originates from the Elementor plugin and not from our theme. For this reason, we previously recommended allowing some time for Elementor’s cache to refresh, which may resolve the issue automatically.

Additionally, we shared a direct link to the Theme Builder interface for your convenience. This interface offers a simplified UI for managing your templates without complications:
    https://yourweb-site.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=elementor_library&tabs_group=theme

Please note that we are fully committed to assisting with any bugs or issues directly related to our theme or plugins. However, as this particular issue stems from the Elementor plugin (you can check the console with dev tools and see the source of error) and cannot be reproduced in a local environment, our ability to provide a direct fix is limited. Furthermore, this appears to be a rare occurrence, as only a few users have reported similar concerns, most of whom were able to resolve the issue independently over time.

Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions or require assistance with our theme, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
