    Hiya,

I’ve enabled building static blocks with elementor and whenever I go to check them the format comes out funny.
    I have:
    – cleared cache
    – used an elementor template in widget area (this worked well for pre-footer)
but when I did my mega menu, at first glance it comes up correctly, however when I go to another page the formatting changes completely.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Also, provide some screenshots for a better understanding of the problem. Lightshot screenshot tool can be used to take screenshots and share them. Or upload your screenshots here – https://dropmefiles.com/ and provide us with URL.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then. One of additional plugins, may cause the problem.

    Regards

Did you guys do something to my site – I logged in and it had changed all of my xstore settings including the logo so when my client logged on they saw that it was extremely weird – also now its all buggy and I’ve lost my changes I had made

I’ve gone in and made all the changes to my theme to change it back to how it was. though after months of work I would say I’ve missed some things. something urgent that is now happening is that my header builder won’t let me delete a connection block. it was initially just not showing up at all and I couldn’t edit or delete it, and after adding another one, the one that originally wasn’t working is now showing up but i can still not edit or delete it.

    Hello,

    1) I checked your header and don’t see any connection block used there. Have you sorted out?
    2) Do you still need help with the Static Block editing? Then provide us with FTP access to your site.

Also, contact your hosting provider and ask them to make regular backups of your files and DB. If you face any issues you’ll be able to restore site from backup.

    Regards

    1) I’ve sorted it out – had to reset the header. Would this have happened because I updated the core and theme? I’m using the child theme so I’m not sure why it would happen
    2) still buggy

    FTP access attached

    Hello,

Theme update should not cause issue with the header builder. It could happen if something goes wrong while saving settings and data were not saved correctly to DataBase.
I have passed your issue with the static block to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the issue. We have a lot of requests these days, so take my apologies for the possible delay.
