Hi,
Elementor slider works fine on desktops and iphones but it’s stuck on Android on the first slide, it neither scrolls to the other slides nor shows the dots below the slide representing the number of slides on the page.
What could be wrong? Once again, the issue is limited only to Android phones.
Thank you,
Feroz
Hello, go to the slider page , edit page with elementor, select the slider, elementor left menu Edit Xstore slider, go to advanced menu, goto xstore conditions , select yes, then add the browser type you want and os as you want , please see the photo below.
Maybe you will fix it 😅

Like I said, this issue is only happening on android phones. I’ve attached two images, one is the preview of mobile device while editing home page where you can see the dots indicating few sliders and the second screenshot of my phone where the dots don’t appear at all.
I actually have no way of taking a recording of my phone, maybe I’ll find another phone to record my phone.
Bottom line, it only shows one fixed slide on my android.
I also attempted to implement recommendation from Woomart by adding conditions and removing, played with all those settings but I don’t see the difference.

Excellent and many thanks for solving this quickly. I did disable the condition as well repeatedly but I see structure section on the side of your image that I’m unaware of and wonder if something was lurking in there.
Again thank you, 8Theme support is the best IMO!
