    Hi guys,

I’m running into an issue where I want to add secondary content (simple image and text) to the product archive template, and while the content shows up ok on the front end after I make the changes the first time, when I try to re-access the template in Elementor, I run into a critical error.

Attached I’ve include a full screenshot of the page. As you can see, when there is text below the product archive (I’ve tried remove the background image behind the text, to), but I can’t understand why would this lead to a critical error.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Ok, I’ve included the wp details and the ftp access. Btw, I could not find the encryption type. I’m using Siteground.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Dear @Dsnowz,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon investigating the issue, we have identified that the root cause originates from the Elementor plugin. Specifically, the following PHP fatal error was encountered:

    Uncaught WpOrg\Requests\Exception\Http\Status403: 403 Forbidden in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/modules/cloud-library/module.php:187

For your reference, we also found a helpful article that addresses this type of error: https://elementor.com/blog/403-error/

We kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to review the file permissions and investigate any potential server-related issues that may be contributing to this error.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
