    Good morning,
I have a licensed version of XStore.
I started using the Elementor Pro plugin starting from version 3.16.2.
Through the XStore dashboard I updated the plugin to version 3.18.3 and it seems that the update was successful.
However, when I go to the “Plugins” section of the site, it keeps telling me that I need to update Elementor Pro to version 3.18.3; XStore, however, tells me that Elementor is up to date.
    What should I do?
    Thank you
    Emanuele

    Hello, @mandu,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We would like to inform you that the XStore theme includes the free version of the Elementor plugin, rather than the Elementor Pro version. You can easily access and install the available free version of Elementor by navigating to the XStore dashboard and selecting ‘Plugin Installer.’

For your convenience, we have provided a visual guide that illustrates this process: https://ibb.co/MBkG9V4

2/ Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    Clear Caches:
Clear any caching mechanisms that might be affecting the display of plugin versions. This includes browser cache, website caching plugins, and server-side caching. Sometimes, cached data can cause inconsistencies in the information displayed.
    Check in WordPress Admin Dashboard:
Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard, go to the Plugins section, and manually check if an update for Elementor Pro is available. If it shows an update, try updating it directly from the WordPress dashboard. https://elementor.com/pro/changelog/

    Reinstall Elementor Pro:
If the issue persists, consider reinstalling Elementor Pro. Deactivate and delete the current version of Elementor Pro from the Plugins section, and then install it again using the Wp-dashboard > Plugins.

    Contact Support:
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it’s recommended to reach out to the support team of Elementor Pro plugin for assistance first.

    We hope this helps.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi,
    thanks for your answer.

Does the free version I find in XStore have the same features as Elementor Pro?

    Thanks
    Emanuele

    Hello, @mandu,

We kindly request that you review the official documentation pertaining to the differences between Elementor Pro and the free version, which can be found at the following link: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-pro-vs-free/

This resource provides valuable insights into how Elementor’s free version (Elementor Core) compares with the Pro version, including the additional features and functionalities that can enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates.

    We hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
