Elementor Pro Widgets still locked after installing via xstore plugin installer

Are the Pro Elementor widgets supposed to be accessible?

I installed Elementor Pro via XStore Plugin Installer. I cleared Elementor cache and synced the library. I also cleared cache via the host. Cleared my browser cache and restarted it but the pro widgets are still locked. Am I missing a step?

Hello @gdd,

Could you please provide us with screenshots to help us understand which locked widgets you are unable to add? Additionally, could you clarify which plugin you have installed – PRO Elements or Elementor PRO?

Please also check whether the missing widgets are activated under the Elements Manager in your Dashboard by navigating to Elementor -> Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/).

If possible, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your website so that we can check the issue from our side.

It’s for PRO Elements. Did I misunderstand about it including the Elementor widgets or is it XStore’s Pro widgets?

Following our tests, we noticed that the PRO Elements plugin had not been installed on your website (see: https://gyazo.com/6a1267252a62eede5a01b7e2dfa3c758). We have now installed the plugin for you. Please check the available widgets in your editor.

If you have any further questions regarding this issue, kindly attach some screenshots so that we can better understand which widgets are still not displayed. However, we believe that all widgets should now be correctly visible in all builders and templates.
