    Hi,

I have a license with Elementor Pro (around a month old) and purchased the XStore (couple of days ago) theme as it suggested it was compatable with the Elementor Pro plugin. I installed the theme then imported demo Electron 01. I then installed the Elementor Pro plugin and attempted to change the Home page. However, all it did was sit there and spin. That usually indicates a plugin conflict so I started going through them – which were all yours and as soon as I switched off XStore Core it the plugin worked. However, all the layouts and templates were removed and replaced by what looked like html code. For now I have deleted the plugin so I can continue working.

How do I get Elementor Pro working with your theme?

    Cheers
    Brett

    Hello,

Our theme supports Elementor Pro. Could you, please, activate the Elementor Pro plugin and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

    Regards

What browser did you use? I use Mozilla Firefox and it just sits there and spins.

I have checked with all browsers and its the same result. Here is a video showing what I’m doing and that it sits there not loading properly. I could have gone longer on the video but figured this is enough proof. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmoR9gcLReE

    Hello,

Issue is caused by PHP Memory limit error https://prnt.sc/10u5in4
Try to increase the memory limit and edit home page after that.
