  Do you mean that you need white bg for the slider content on mobile devices?
  Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

  @media only screen and (max-width: 768px){
  .et-slider .slide-content {
      background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9);
      border-radius: 10px;
  }
  }

  It’s not related to our theme but to WooCommerce plugin and WooCommerce permalinks settings (Settings > Permalinks). We don’t have any additional options to manage that.
