Elementor Preloader Interfering with XStore Sidebars

I want to use the Elementor preloader, however it doesn’t seem compatible with XStore sidebar links. See the attached video. When clicking to open the login/cart sidebars, the sidebar starts to show, but then the preloader kicks in and just takes you to the corresponding page instead. NB. I have Xstore’s preloader disabled.

Please advise how I can fix this.

We can confirm this issue is happening on our websites as well.

To facilitate a thorough investigation and resolve the issues you are experiencing, we kindly request that you provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard (wp-admin) and FTP credentials.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
