  Hey, sometimes elementor stops working a little bit. I click on tabs from the setting, tole managers, etc but they don’t work. I have been using elementor for a while and have never encountered such a problem in any theme before. Take a look at this https://gyazo.com/56a53394c2e76e5e10d363679bad0ca6
  I suppose you would be needing my admin access. I am giving it to the private content area.
  Do note that it doesn’t always show this problem. So there might be a scenario when it doesn’t show when you log in.

  Try to disable this plugin – https://prnt.sc/szhnlf and check tabs of the Elementor then.
