Elementor Not Loading – Site Slow & High Server Resource Usage

    Dear Support Team,

    I am currently experiencing a critical issue on my website:

    Website: https://sintex.asot.in
    Theme: XStore
    Builder: Elementor (Free/Pro)

    Issue Summary:
    When I try to edit pages using Elementor, the editor gets stuck on the loading screen and never fully loads.

    The issue persists even after enabling Safe Mode in Elementor.

    The overall site performance is significantly affected – pages take a long time to load.

    Using Query Monitor, I’ve noticed high resource usage and long-running processes, which might be causing or contributing to this issue.

    Troubleshooting Done:
    Tried enabling “Switch Editor Loader Method” in Elementor.

    Increased PHP memory limit to 256M.

    Cleared all caches (browser, WordPress, server).

    Deactivated all non-essential plugins temporarily.

    Issue still persists in both normal and Safe Mode.

    Request:
    Please assist in identifying and resolving the cause of:

    Elementor not loading

    High query/process load

    Slow site performance

    If you require access credentials or logs, please let me know and I will provide them securely.

    We have implemented some changes, and the issue should now be resolved. The main cause of the problem was a delayed response from the server, which is similar to what occurs with the default theme. Please note that the appearance of the Elementor notice depends on the server response time. If you encounter this notice, we kindly ask you to wait a little longer – the editor should load shortly.

    We have noticed that your website appears to be a copy of the previous one. While we are not fully aware of the specific details of your migration process, please note that certain values within themes and plugins are generated automatically and are domain-dependent.

    Therefore, after migration or duplication, it is necessary to reactivate all plugins and themes to ensure that these values are generated correctly. This is exactly what we have done on our end.

    Thank you for your response and for implementing the changes. Unfortunately, the issue still persists — the Elementor editor is not loading properly, and the overall website performance is still very slow.

    To give you a better idea of what’s happening, I’ve recorded a video showing the issue and uploaded it via WeTransfer. You can find the download link in the Private Content area.

    Additionally, I kindly request you to thoroughly check each and every page on the website to ensure the Elementor editor is loading correctly on all of them. It seems the issue is not limited to a single page and may be affecting multiple areas.

    I will be sharing the FTP access shortly. In the meantime, I would appreciate it if you could also look into a couple of additional issues:

    Product Price Not Displaying: On the following page, the product price is not being displayed:

    However, the price appears correctly here:
    https://sintex.asot.in/water-tanks/sintex-hero/

    Out of Stock Indicator: For product variations like “500 Ltr”, if a specific variant is out of stock, there should be a cross or some visual indicator. Currently, this is missing.

    Could you please check these as well while I arrange the FTP details?

    1) We kindly ask you to add one more variation for the product.

    2) Please note that there is no specific indication because all variations are currently in stock. If you set the Stock Quantity to 0 for a particular variation, it will appear crossed out.

    We are facing a couple of critical issues that require urgent attention:

    Elementor Loading Issue:
    On many pages, when we try to use the “Edit with Elementor” option, the editor fails to load or keeps spinning.

    Website Performance:
    The site is very slow to load across multiple pages, both on frontend and backend.

    High CPU Usage:
    Our hosting panel shows a consistently high CPU usage, even with low traffic.

    Please check all major pages by trying to open them with Elementor, and let us know what could be causing these issues.

    I tried uploading the files shared via WeTransfer, but I noticed that both the theme and plugin still show the same version — 9.4.14. Could you please clarify if this is expected, or if there may have been an issue with the upload?

    I wanted to inform you that the site is still running slow, and unfortunately, I am still unable to edit pages using Elementor. I’ve tested the files as suggested, and while I understand the update is only 30% complete, there doesn’t appear to be any noticeable improvement in CPU or RAM usage at this stage.

    Please let me know if there are any further optimizations I can try or if you plan to release another update soon.

    I understand that performance improvements will be addressed in the next update, and I appreciate your continued efforts on that front.

    However, I would like to highlight that the Elementor editor is still not working on my site. It gets stuck on the loading screen and I’m unable to edit any page. This is a critical issue for me — I need to be able to open and edit every page using Elementor without errors or delays.

    Please let me know if there’s a temporary fix or any steps I can take to resolve this issue in the meantime, as it is affecting ongoing work.

    In this case, since the issue persists even after switching to a default WordPress theme, we can confirm that the problem is not related to our theme. Based on our experience, this behavior is most likely caused by server-side caching mechanisms or permalink structure issues.

    Unfortunately, this type of issue falls outside the scope of our support, as it is not directly related to our theme functionality. As per Envato’s support policy, we are only able to assist with issues directly related to our theme and bundled plugins.
