Elementor lightbox arrows missing in live web

HI,

The Prev/Next arrows of default Elementor lightbox component does not appear in live site when using xstore theme.

The arrows shows in edit mode like below image.

But it does not appear in live site.

I asked support to Elementor , they told me to switch theme to twenty twenty theme, and I can see the arrows working properly. So they told me to contact to xstore theme for support.

Thanks for the reply. Please provide URL of page with the problem.
Provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

I can’t open ftp , my host provider is not allowed to do that.

Update theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Theme Options > Speed Optimization > FontAwesome Support > 4.7.0 vension.
