Elementor Footer overlays vertical menu on shop page

I built a footer with Elementor for my website and it is overlapping on top of the vertical menu but only on the Shop page for some reason. How do I stop it from doing that? I tried setting the footer to a z-index<0 but hit didn't work. What could I do?
