Hi, I’m experiencing an issue where Elementor does not load properly. The left panel remains greyed out with a loading spinner that never disappears, making it impossible to edit anything.

    Here’s what I’ve tested:

In Safe Mode, Elementor works fine.

I manually disabled and re-enabled plugins one by one to find the cause.

Elementor breaks (stays loading infinitely) as soon as I activate any of the following plugins:

    LiteSpeed Cache (v7.1)

    Wordfence Security (v8.0.5)

    WPBakery Page Builder (v8.5)

    PRO Elements (v3.29.0)

If I deactivate all four, Elementor works normally again. But enabling any one of them causes the issue to return.

    Additional details:

    Active theme: XStore

    Elementor version: 3.29.2

    WordPress is fully updated.

    No errors in Search Console.

    Cache has been cleared.

The browser console shows the interface fails to fully initialize but no clear fatal error.

I’d like to know if there are any known incompatibilities or recommended settings to make Elementor work properly alongside these plugins. I need all of them for this project, so removing them permanently is not a practical option.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Dear @Angelo Di Tommaso,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the issue may be related to the WPBakery plugin. As WPBakery is a page builder, using multiple page builders on the same website is generally not recommended, as they perform similar functions and may conflict with one another.

If you have imported a demo that uses the Elementor page builder, we suggest disabling the WPBakery plugin. Keeping only the necessary plugins for your demo will help improve performance and reduce the likelihood of conflicts or issues.

Should you wish for us to review the situation and provide further assistance, please share access to your website. You may use the private content area to securely provide login credentials, and we will be happy to investigate and suggest appropriate solutions.

    Hi again,

Thanks for the clarification regarding WPBakery — I’ve already deactivated it completely, as I did import a demo that uses Elementor only.

At the moment, the only three plugins I’ve kept deactivated are:

    PRO Elements

    LiteSpeed Cache

    Wordfence

With those three disabled, Elementor works normally. However, as soon as I activate any one of them, the Elementor editor gets stuck with the gray overlay and infinite loading spinner.

One of the plugins — PRO Elements — is essential in my setup because it handles the header and menu, so I really need it to work.

I’ve just provided access credentials in the private content area so you can check the installation directly.
Let me know if you’ll be reviewing the LiteSpeed and Wordfence cases as well — and if no fix is possible for them, please at least help resolve the conflict with PRO Elements, which is a must-have on my site.

    Thanks again,
    Angelo

    Dear @Angelo Di Tommaso,

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue was related to the WordPress memory limit. We have increased the WP Memory Limit to 1024MB, and everything appears to be functioning correctly now. For your reference, you can find more information on this topic here: https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/.

Could you please check again on your end and confirm if everything is working as expected?

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards,
