I had problems loading elementor editor while I was using XStore theme, the mainly reason was the plugins I used. After some checks I could solve that problem turning off one plugin that was causing that problem (the safe mode elementor way when there is a problem with your theme or any plugin).

Unfourtunally, I installed the Pro version of Dokan for my e-commerce multivendor and the same issue appears again, but this time I can not just turn off the Dokan pro plugin because is the spine of my multivendor website and their functionality. What can I do if only the Dokan pro plugin its causing that problem? Please help! I need to edit my site without safe mode on elementor. Thanks!

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @Manuel Barba,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Upon a thorough review of your website, we have identified that the concurrent use of two page builders, specifically Elementor and WPBakery, is leading to compatibility issues. To ensure optimal functionality and performance of your site, we strongly advise that you utilize only one page builder at any given time.

Furthermore, we recommend deactivating all non-essential third-party plugins, particularly those not included with the XStore theme (a comprehensive list can be found here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After deactivation, please clear your browser’s cache before re-evaluating your website’s performance. It is possible that an extraneous plugin may be contributing to the current issue.

Should the problem persist, we kindly ask that you maintain all third-party plugins in a deactivated state and authorize our team to conduct a detailed diagnostic process. This may involve deactivating plugins and reversing on-site customizations to pinpoint the source of the issue.

Before proceeding with these steps, we strongly recommend creating a complete backup of your website to safeguard against any potential data loss.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you in resolving this matter.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Support Team
