    Hello, @ubansal,

We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue you reported has been successfully resolved. To ensure that the changes are reflected on your end, we kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache before revisiting your site.

For your reference, the solution involved disabling the “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” feature. This adjustment was made within the “Speed Optimization” section found under “Theme Options” in the XStore settings.

Please find attached an image that illustrates the modification for your convenience.

    Hello, @ubansal,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Please activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
