    Hello,

We had to reload our Legenda Theme and when we did the egifs were missing – wishlist icon, sign in icon, cart icon etc.

We have searched our FTP for them and cannot find them. How do we reconnect them?

    Thanks

    Hello,

As I see you’re using old theme version.
Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

We experienced the problem I mentioned in my first email after we updated Legenda to the latest version.

Our website was offline for 2 days while we uploaded the backup we made before updating Legenda.

I don’t want to do that again. I don’t understand why we can’t access these simple files. Where are they? How do we reconnect them?

I understand your suggestion to update is a good one but surely we don’t have to update EVERYTHING just to reconnect these egifs?

    Please help.

    Toby

    Hello,

I’ve renamed your old theme version to “legenda_old” in the directory wp-content/themes and uploaded new theme version. Now icons are shown.
Please clear browser cache and check.
If you want to get old version back, just remove the current folder “legenda” rename “legenda_old”.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Jack,

Did you check to see what effect your changes had on our website? Or did you just install the new version of Legenda?

I explained in my message that when we installed the new version of Legenda it corrupted our site and nothing worked.

Now you have done exactly what I said would corrupt our site and NONE of our content is loading on any of the pages. All I can see is the website header. Nothing else loads.

    You have not helped.

What I am looking for is to reconnect the egifs. That’s all. Until I can figure out how to install the new Legenda version without corrupting our site I don’t want to install it. I said this in my message too.

    Will you help me?

Now I am getting this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_product() in /home/mclaurenza/public_html/mcldesign.net/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-recommendation-engine/woocommerce-recommender-hooks.php on line 11

Please tell me what is happening. You have corrupted my website by updating the theme. I think you should explain exactly what you are doing now to fix it.
