    Hello!
I have upgrated Elementor to Pro version. The problwm is i still unable to edit Shop page because of this error message “Sorry, but something went wrong. Click on ‘Learn more’ and follow each of the steps to quickly solve it.”
Everything works when i use Safe Mode option from elementor, which means the problems might be caused by plugins or theme, as elementor’s instruction says.
I turned off all plugins except woocommerce and elementor – doesn’t help.
The main idea is to make shop with categories and products on one page, and adding the products to cart without refreshing the page.
Could you help me to solve this problem?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1) Are you trying to edit the shop page or Menu page? Because menu page was created using WPBakery and you can’t edit it using Elementor because it’s 2 different page builders. Provide us with link to page that you are trying to edit, please.

    2) If you try to edit the shop page did you try to enable the default WooCommerce theme (Storefront) and check if you have that error message? You can install and activate that official theme via Appearance > Themes > add new > search for Storefront. Try editing with the storefront and let us know about the results.

    Regards

    Hello,

Then contact Elementor Pro plugin support for the detailed information on how to do this. Read plugin documentation.
It’s not related to our theme. Our support is able to help with issues related strictly to our theme files and options.

    Regards
