Editing "Do you have any question?" section

Hello everybody.

First of all I wanted to congratulate for this stunning template, I’ve just started using it today and it’s just too powerful.

I really cannot get what’s probably the easiest thing, which is editing the section right under the main menu.
The one with “do you have any question?”, “get 15%off” etc.

Where can I get my hands on these sections?

Hello,

You need edit the Home Page in your admin panel > Pages.
