Editing a Product Page with XStore Theme and Elementor – Adding Sections for Better Presentation

Hello everyone,

I am currently using the XStore theme on my WordPress website and I am trying to edit a product page using Elementor. However, I haven’t created an Elementor template for my single product, and I’m not quite sure how to proceed with editing the product page.

In particular, I’d like to add sections to the product page to include additional images, text, and other elements in order to better present the product to potential customers.

Could someone please provide some guidance or a step-by-step process on how to modify a product page using Elementor with the XStore theme, considering I have not yet created an Elementor template for individual products? Specifically, I’m looking for help with adding sections to enhance the product presentation.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Mady,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

On our demo versions which were created using Elementor, descriptions of products were edited using Elementor. Single product page layout settings come from Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product layout or Single Product Builder.

If you want to create Elementor template for single product page, probialiy you need to use Elementor Pro plugin, it doesn’t come bundled with our theme, but we are compatiblem with this plugin. Also, in this case, you may contact support of Eleemntor Pro to get assistance.

“In particular, I’d like to add sections to the product page to include additional images, text, and other elements in order to better present the product to potential customers.” – you can add this content to the product description. In case mentioned sections will be the same for all products, create a static block with the desired content, and add it for products via our Single Product Builder > HTML block.

I’m currently using the XStore theme on my website and I’ve encountered an issue that I’m hoping someone can help me with. Since I changed the product image for one of my products, I’ve been unable to properly edit the product page using Elementor. When I attempt to edit the page, the content appears blurred, as if it is out of focus.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or know of any possible solutions? I have already tried clearing my browser cache, disabling browser extensions, and using different browsers, but the issue persists. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to respond to the previous message about my issue with Elementor. I followed the advice given and cleared my browser cache, but unfortunately, this has not solved my problem. When I try to edit my site using Elementor, everything appears blurry, and I can’t figure out why.

I even went on my Mac to see if the issue was somehow related to my computer, but the problem persists. I’ve attached a screen capture video to help you understand what I’m experiencing. I’m at a loss and quite desperate for a solution, as this could potentially cost me hours and even days of work.

Please, if anyone has any suggestions or has encountered a similar issue, I would really appreciate your help. This issue suddenly appeared, and I don’t understand why. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience but We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and fix your issue on your site.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
