Edit with Elementor on homepage displays content area was not found after an update

Hello 8theme,

Can you help fix issue with elementor? Error seems to be happening on homepage only.

Also, when I apply patches sent by xstore, it says applied but when I come back, it’s there again.

Additionally, we request that you provide us with a URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:

– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area?

2/ Please go to XStore > Patcher > click on Refresh patches, then Apply all patches and click on Refresh patches one more time.

Section of page is not displaying correctly between header and footer

When I try to edit the page in elementor, it tells me content area was not found.

I have tried disabling all plugins but still had the same result.

Not sure when this started. I recently updated to XStore 9.1.3 from 9.1.2 and Elementor 3.12.2

As for patcher, I already clicked on it and got confirmation patch applied. Now, its asking me to patch again.

This also happened in 9.1.2 with several patches waiting to be applied. It only disappeared when I upgraded to 9.1.3

Here is the answer to your question – https://prnt.sc/39_HcYhd7NGm You select Home as the Shop page, but the Shop page is the default page for products and it can’t be edited using the Free version of Elementor plugin. The fix is – https://prnt.sc/fViWwRNoZyoI
