    Hello,

    Looks like your widgets were messed. Go to Appearance > Widgets and set widgets correctly depends on your needs https://youtu.be/4SfPPuwPCVI
    Describe other problems in more details. Please provide temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

    Hi,
    I fixed the problem whit my widget, but I have a lot problems with my website.

    1 I can’t edit the content with Visual Composer.

    2. In header, hover bag, the area don’t show the product. Set up in the preferences of the theme that shows up to 3 products.

    3. On page, I can´t edit friendly.

    4 On footer, I can’t see the product on my cart. I have 2 products.

    5 I have a problem with caracters in spanish, like á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, etc.

    6 the website don’t show on mobile.

    Please help me.

    Be attentive, use only Private content area to post private information like access to your Dashboard http://prntscr.com/nwlnrv
    1) WordPress 5.x use Gutenberg as a default editor. You need to update WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update and then disable the Gutenberg http://prntscr.com/mprq5g
    2-5) Please provide FTP access also.
    6) Clear cache of the browser on your mobile and check one more time.
