    Hi there,

When I “edit” a product, the text in the Product Description appears to not be visible. But if I highlight the text with my cursor, it becomes visible?

Also, on the Edit Product page, I no longer see the option to edit my product “Front or Backend” as before.

    Can you help fix this?

    Thakns

Also, I noticed on the “Edit” Product page, I cannot expand or close any of the following product detail sections and cannot enter any data in them.

    – WordPress SEO
    -Slug
    -Revolution Slider Options
    -Additional product options [8theme]
    -Reviews

    Hello,

Please ask your host to increase php version to 5.3 at least or 5.4 as now you’re using low php version.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eva,

I have the following 3 options, do I pick the 1st one? Also, do I need to Backup any files before I do this??

PHP 5.4 – All files with the extension .php will be handled by the PHP 5.4 engine.
    Latest version of PHP.

PHP 5.4 (Single php.ini) – Same as PHP 5.4, but all subdirectories will use ~/public_html/php.ini

PHP 5.4 (FastCGI) – All files with the extension .php will be handled by PHP 5.4 FastCGI processes.
FastCGI for PHP makes all your PHP applications run through mod_fastcgi instead of mod_suphp. This eliminates the overhead of loading the PHP interpreter on every hit. Since it is always in memory ready for the next hit, the responses will be generated faster.

    Hello,

We recommend to create back up of the files and database before any changes.
Concerning the php version change you should ask your host as we don’t know how your server is configured and what exact php version should be selected.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
