    Hi,

    Theme Options > Header builder > Account.
    This is the default menu of the My Account.
    What exactly do you want to change? Please describe the desired result in more detail.

    Hi

    as for profile pic issue is concerned you can change user profile by going to Dashboard > Users > Profile

    Also install any 3rd party WP User Avatar Plugin to Upload Profile image.
