    hello….
I had already opened a ticket on this topic and have consulted GERMANIZED or opened a ticket there… this is the feedback:

    Hi,

I can’t really understand that (this argumentation). Can you please check again? Germanized uses the woocommerce_email_classes filter in both these cases – I don’t see any difference in the two implementations and don’t see why it shouldn’t work? Because of the priority of 20 we use in the 2nd case? The theme/plugin you are using should be quite capable of catching that, by hooking themselves in only at a high priority (> 100).

    Greetings

Could you please give a feedback here that I can forward to germanized

Thank you and I wish you a successful day

    best regards Oliver

this was your reply to my first ticket to which germanzied replied

    Hello,

    1) Our WooCommerce Email Builder gets emails that are registered for woocommerce plugin using a function ( wc()->mailer()->get_emails() ).
There is a filter in WooCommerce plugin
    woocommerce_email_classes
(http://prntscr.com/106q2xl) that allows 3d-party plugins to add custom email types in addition to default ones.

    2) WooCommerce Germanized plugin adds some email types in a proper way for example:
http://prntscr.com/106q4tx but about the next emails http://prntscr.com/106q6ea they are not correctly added that’s why they are not showing in our Email Builder.

    3) AliDropship Woo Plugin.
This plugin does not register their emails via WooCommerce default filters at all but just simply adds templates for emails in the plugin folder. Emails should be registered via filters to make them work correctly with our Email builder and other plugins.

So, you need to contact plugins author and ask them to improve the code to make them work with our builder. We can do nothing with this from our theme, unfortunately.

    Regards
